Troop 45 continues its tradition of winning at the Muttontown Klondike Derby, placing 1st and 2nd in both the older and younger boy groups.
Congratulations to the two first place patrols, the Leadership Corps (LC!) in older boys and the Patriots patrol in the younger boys.
And a Bully! to the second place Screaming Eagles (older) and Bearcoons (younger) patrols.
The Screaming Eagles nearly pulled off the ultimate upset and nearly surpassed the LC, even with 75% of the patrol being younger scouts.
And the Bearcoons came in second, despite only having four scouts running against teams of 6 to 8 scouts.
Finally, a shout out to all the Troop 45 ASMs who came down to run our town (and make zeppole for the boys).
